HOBBIES….yes also have health effect like sports and cooking. Dr. Oz listed nine hobbies and i agree all can be shared and are health and fun. One of them is mine. Writing as hobbies one that you set the time to do creative work using your mind and physical being to write about something interesting, history, short story, description, and about yourself. Other hobbies on the list are painting, playing video games, golfing, music, acting, knitting, and bowling.
Some of other hobbies i recommend that one can adopt and benefit from for the purpose of Anti_aging is walking which is considered a form of sport, and Reading. I think reading is an awesome anti-aging health benefit as a hobbies.
Hobbies are fun, and healthy to the brain and the body. Stress buster and social factor to engage in conversation of mutual interest with other people which can develop friendship or lead to common interest among people that bring the feeling of appreciation about life and surrounding people.
