STOP. Treating your body like your machine. Fuel that too!

Best argument of all times is that of what is best for you as daily food and  beverage minimum intake. That will include everything that go inside your body.

How can someone say that we need twice as much your body weight in daily protein intake in gram.  For example for Lbs 150 you need to intake 300 grams of protein. In order for you to benefit from your workout.

People are doing that and lot more to look like someone else.  Fuel that too. Sure when you are a Harley or Jeep.

The bottom line we all  must be advocate to eat less do more.

So we are not a car because we can live on watr alone.  For you it is not, but for many others it is in the head that everything start. Harley or Jeep can’t go without fuel.

Every time you need to do anything fuel it or make sure you have fuel.

The best is less food and do more. Eat less and burnm more calories. Do without food in your system few times per week, and not all the times. Remember that include everything that you eat, drink,  and swollen.
